DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR AIR SHIPMENTS :

• - 1 Copy of ITPO approval of the show.
• - 2 Originals & 3 copies of Bill of Lading.
• - 3 copies of Commercial Invoice (ANNEX A).
• - 3 copies of Packing List.
• - 1 copy of Insurance Policy.
• - Letter of Authority in favour of B.M. INTERNATIONAL (PVT.) LTD.
• - ATA Carnet (Original).
• - Bank Guarantee/ Embassy bond for 100% of duty amount on Rs. 50/- stamp paper (draft can be sent on request).
• - Participation Letter from organiser in respect of each exhibitor.
• Re-Export bond of 152% of CIF Value (draft can be sent on request).
  

FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR SEA SHIPMENTS :

In addition to the above for Sea shipment via Bombay Transit Bond for 25% of CIF value required if executed by Bank. If the bond is executed by the Embassy then 300% of CIF value.

Re-Export Bond/ATA Carnet

• The Exhibition Goods can be imported for a period of six months either under ATA Carnet

OR

• By furnishing a Bank Guarantee for 100% of duty amount and Re-export bond of 152%.

OR

• A Re-Export Bond furnished by concerned Embassy on their Letterhead for 100% of duty amount.

NOTE

• All Giveaway Items attract Import Duty, Fine and Penalty.
• Service Tax of 0.75 % will be charged on total invoice.
