Guarantee or Embassy Bond is required for clearing exhibition Goods without payment of
Duty.

The custom
examination is held at Airport, Seaport or at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

|
Reasonable quantity
of Brochure are exempted for payment of Duty.

|
Goods can stay in
India for Six Months from the day of closing of the Show.
|
|
Transit Bond
and Transit insurance is required to move Cargo from Mumbai to Delhi by truck.
|
|
Proforma of Bank
Guarantee or Embassy bond can be supplied on request.
|
|
All giveaways are
dutiable.
